Koko Isle is a beautiful condominium community located in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, Hawaii. It is situated right in the middle of Kuapa Pond which is the largest, privately-owned waterway with direct ocean access in the United States.
Koko Isle was built in 1967 by Henry J. Kaiser on a man-made island, complete with its own bridge, and consists of 124 two-story townhouses with 2, 3 or 4 bedroom floor plans. Approximately 70% of the units are located directly on the water. Amenities on the island include a clubhouse and beautiful saltwater pool. Also, there is a meeting room, restrooms, exercise room and a sauna in the clubhouse area. This is also where you'll find the Resident Manager's office.

Action on request by owners: Unit 212 to install 7.98KW PV and Battery Storage system.
Action on Bridge Assessment to approve the submittal of the RFP for bids by WJE.
Action on Landscape to include Landscape Committee’s Landscape Plan, beginning in 2026, to the Reserve Projects of up to $150,000. Funding to be begin in 2026 with options to fund independent prioritized projects when that funding can be approved. Final payment to Aloha Aina upon will be made with the delivery delivery of 1 more rendering update of Site #5.
