Koko Isle is a beautiful condominium community located in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, Hawaii. It is situated right in the middle of Kuapa Pond which is the largest, privately-owned waterway with direct ocean access in the United States.
Koko Isle was built in 1967 by Henry J. Kaiser on a man-made island, complete with its own bridge, and consists of 124 two-story townhouses with 2, 3 or 4 bedroom floor plans. Approximately 70% of the units are located directly on the water. Amenities on the island include a clubhouse and beautiful saltwater pool. Also, there is a meeting room, restrooms, exercise room and a sauna in the clubhouse area. This is also where you'll find the Resident Manager's office.

Coconut Tree Trimming: It's that time of year when we need to trim our Coconut trees. The contractor is scheduled for the week of September 9th, 2024, to September 13th, 2024 (weather permitting). Please be aware that trucks and other equipment will be parked on the road so please drive with caution. Hawaii Vista Masterscape is our contractor that will be trimming our Coconut trees.
